How often do I wear my aligners?
smart moves aligners are designed to be worn 22 hours per day. The aligners can be removed to eat and drink.
How do I care for them?
Clean your aligners with cool water and a toothbrush. You may also use an aligner cleaner, like DentaSOAK®. Be sure to clean the aligners and your teeth prior to putting them back in after eating.
